My books are unique, and uniquely effective, in looking at productivity from a social justice perspective. Productivity is power, and the key to getting more joyfully productivity is to identify and remediate the disempowering forces in your work and life. These forces include procrastination, perfectionism, an ineffective work process, traumatic rejections, and unmanaged time; and I also discuss the societal causes of disempowerment, especially as they affect persons from marginalized or disenfranchised groups.
